There are many opportunities for para-athletes to get involved in Athletics programs throughout the year. Athletics SA is extremely accommodating for para-athletes and will coach anyone – from those who want to learn the basics of a sport, to those who are aiming for national representation.
Junior Para-Athletics Winter Program
Athletics SA runs a 16 week Junior Para-Athletics Winter Program designed to provide an opportunity for children and teenagers (9 - 17 years old) the opportunity to learn different athletic sports in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes who are looking to compete at in the SAPSASA Para-Athlete Championships and Secondary All Schools Championships are encouraged to attend.
When: Mondays, between May & October 2018, at 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Where: Athletics SA Stadium, 145 Railway Terrace, Mile End SA 5031
Cost: $6 season fee

Para-Athletics Competition Information
Athletics SA endorses an all-inclusive competition calendar. All events run by Athletics Australia and its Member Associations cater to Para-Athletes. The following information describes the process for an athlete to compete as a Para-Athlete in South Australia.
